Service is sooooo bad. They have rude staff. Last time I went there, there were 3 black females just talking, laughing and on their phone... Please have this post office into new management. POS
I am in this post office several times per week and have always been greeted by friendly, courteous and helpful staff.
Waited on the phone and no answer three time, now i see why USPS is failing.
HAVE CALLED OVER AND OVER AND OVER FOR THE PAST 4 FREAKING HOURS AND NOT ONE TIME HAS ANYONE PICKED UP THE PHONE!!!!
I've always had kind and swift service here. Of course there are lines at busy times. Jojo is our favorite! Always smiling and vibrant!
