It's a library for city residents only. You must have a library card to even sit in the facility. I was surprised at that.

Not for everyone, have to pay for a library card to enter if you don't live in LHP. The staff is a bit snotty about it. They make you register ahead of time for story time and only have a certain number of kids allowed per session. Little bit uptight for a library.
