Paige (a sales rep) said she'd get back to me regarding sourcing a ring I was interested in and hasn't up to this day. I tried to get in contact with her but to no avail. I found that pretty unprofessional.
We have used JR Dunn for several years now and have not had one single complaint about them. They have a wide range of exclusive luxury brands and styles. The customer service is excellent. Sean and his father are very down to earth and always trying to help in whatever way they can. They definitely take pride in their business, which is refreshing. Just a side note: We always see Sam, who is our personal favorite!!
I am so in love with my new engagement ring! Shout out to Christina Grace for helping me thru every step of the way! I walked into the store to just browse. I walked out with a ring and my fiance walked out with his first watch (Rolex)! The hour and a half drive was well worth it. I met the owners and they are so down to earth. Everyone that worked there were very helpful and they offer you beverages, and cookies. If you want a good laugh Michelle is your girl, we hit it off instantly probably because she's a Jersey girl lol. They are officially my new jewelry shop!
The customer service in this store is beyond excellence. Sam Patel is the best in explaining the value of what you are buying. Very patient, detailed and personable. The owners are very personable as well and down to earth. They give everyone the same amount of respect and attention to everyone who walks in. Not condescending and definitely not arrogant. The service I received was way better than Matthew's Jewelry accorded to me by the owner himself. Prices and quality are way better than Matthew's.
